  • Cardio Training Theory
  • Sample Functional Paddling Class
  • SUP Circuit (Bodyweight Exercises)
  • Course Participant Final Evaluation

Each of the topics above are covered in depth, with theory and practice sessions mixed together to provide an easy and fun learning environment.

You will be taught skills and techniques that will not only improve your own SUP performance, but will also enable you to teach others and help them improve too!
