With practical examples and exercises you will learn how to use basic psychological skills in sports including NLP, Mindfulness and Qigong techniques. You will learn more about motivation, setting goals, relaxation, visualisation, concentration, flow and thought training.
This workshop is meant for athletes, coaches or anyone that is interested in the mental part of sports and wants to improve the quality of the sports performance.
